That's very irresponsible of you. If word gets out that beagles are hallucinogenic, there's gonna be an epidemic of dog-licking. And our fandom has a bad enough reputation as it is. Christ, might as well tell them about cheesing on cat pee. Which of course totally works.
I can't draw. I did a pair of stick figures once that were ok. I got up to get a beer and by the time I got back, the only thing left on the paper was eraser debris, one stick figure hand next to the pencil i drew them with, and a suicide note "We were so hideous we decided it was better to end it all than go on".

That is no excuse, if you are implying that. Do criminals all have Disruptive-Assholism with the modifier of Practical-Self-Serving? We don't excuse them for the effect they have on society. If Flooper are gonna spread shit they should be treated in accordance with the effect they cause. It doesn't matter if they are people.
If people have Floopy Mouth or Discruptapus Assholicus, they need to be treated properly. Those are disorders, just like Arm Floppyness and Gravy Eye, and they should be treated with medication and rehabilitation, not punitive actions. If someone with Brutal Punch Lung accidentally hit me in the face with their lung, i would not get and and press charges, instead i would feel bad because i would realize i was dealing with a sick individual.
