Kila, Lila, and Shila stolen from Jim Russo! O.O
Their first game, released locally as "Ross Projia II", was awesome as long as it was availible!
When finally re-released nine years later, we were easier able to get our hands on it!
Very soon it was released again on portable systems. O.O
Not much later, a 3D version of the game is to be made. >.>
Very soon after that, what's next? Maybe porn version.
The newer re-releases are not as novel when released several times within the same decade.
For those of you who did not get it yet: This was done in responce to the announcement of the Final Fantasy IV remake for the Nintendo DS.

everyone wants to see a FF7 remake ever since they showed off the PS3 tech demo of the beginning movie...I might get a PS3 just to get that (and MGS4)...
but a handheld version would be awesome, shame the PSP is unpopular and the DS might not be able to handle a big game (which explains why it could'nt be on the N64, cartridges have limited memory space...but if they used the GBA slot to fix that.....)

well, for one, they kinda left Lunatic Pandora out there, they kinda never really resolved the Lunar Cry situation (unless if the world's all fine with the arrival of new monsters every so often), whether if the team ever got their memories back fully after not using their GFs anymore and so on
pretty much Square was Nintendo's main 3rd party game developer as they've made Final Fantasy games up until 6. The last Square game they made for Nintendo was Super Mario RPG before going over to Sony's Playstation to start on Final Fantasy 7 since the N64 cartridges had nowhere near the capacity the PS1 CDs had, plus making games on CDs were cheaper...they kinda had no choice seeing as though graphics were getting better and more and more people were going over to the Playstation since the PS1 had more games then the N64, Square was pretty much working with the winning party at the time.
These days, Square just does games for both parties, as long as it gets them a nice income, they'll even go as far as to make remakes of old classics or to milk a franchise of one of their more popular Final Fantasies with sequels and prequels whenever they're not making the next Final Fantasy game
