Arquenes the old meskar.
This is Arquenes. He's a Meskar. A Meskar is an anthropomorphic creature that inhabits Alkhair. Note the digitigrade posture and thick tail. Arquenes is a middle-aged Meskar, a very cheerful and joking character. But he hides a history of pain.

Oh wow! He looks certainly like a certain Renzar I know, both friendly, both joking, and also have a history of pain. I think this characters design is perfect, his chubby body just definitely mirrors that friendly personality of his, I love it. I think I might also base the Dalmatian character on this design! :)
