I'm not the best at 3d models, and I completely butchered her torso, so I'll just show the best part of the model being her head. I'm still trying to learn Blender, but it's progress from the previous models I tried to make.
As for the character herself, her name is Giggles, and she is technically a birthday clown for the location, having her own special room in the upstairs.
