Sheryno, whose 30th Hatchday was today, so what better way to show how special he was than to make a story for him? I hope you all love it, especially Sheryno, the best T-Rex in the whole world. Happy Hatchday Bud. ^^

It was the early morning of a bright summer day, when the sun started to shine through the trees, and the creatures of the day began to rise. Among the sleeping creatures was one who was to celebrate a very special day. A particular orange T-Rex in fact, one who was still sleeping in a large clearing. He feared the night before that his hatchday would be an event forgotten by those close to him, a feeling born from his previous hatchdays being the same, along with how isolated he had felt from his friends in general. He felt so bad that he didn't even want to wake up today, feeling that nothing would be worth leaving his dreams. Unknown to him, there were a couple of good friends, a big Dragon and a small Human, who had stayed up the previous night just to make sure that today would be an amazing day for their good friend. When they felt it was time, the little one slowly walked towards the sleeping Rex while the Dragon carefully pushed the huge cart over the grass towards him, bringing it into a good spot in the clearing as the Human approached the Rex. They knew it was almost time for their good Rex to wake up, so while the Dragon ensured the cart was in the perfect spot, the Human slowly climbed onto the dino, wanting to be the first thing Shero sees when he wakes up as he rested on the Rex's rising and falling chest. The T-Rex still had quite a bit of resting he wanted to do, but as his body felt something climb upon him, he began to stir, slowly being pulled away from dreamland into the real world, blinking his tired eyes and seeing a familiar Human on his chest. "J-John? What are you doing here this early?" He said, not awake enough to remember what day it was. Fortunately for him, Johnathon and their good friend Lissie were more than ready to remind him how special this day really was.
"Happy Hatchday!" The two of them shouted, both within the T-Rex's view, with John right in front and Lissie peering in from his right, surprising the Rex as he looked upon them with watering eyes, barely able to keep in his joy from seeing such happy faces. "Y-You two are amazing. Thank you. A-Am I dreaming?" John and Lissie chuckled and smiled at their awakening friend, leaning and nuzzling his head lovingly as John patted his snout caringly. "Hehe, not at all Shero. We wanted to make your Hatchday a good one. So, we stayed up all night to make this!" At that, he moved to the left of Shero to show what was on the cart Lissie pushed in, showing off an amazing and huge chocolate cake with vanilla icing all over it, as tall as 2 John's and the same size for its width and length, with a great candle on top of it with the number 30 on it, already lit for when it is his time to make a wish. "Hehe, we certainly did our best to bake it." Lissie said, proud of the cake. "We had to use a huge stove and bake it in parts, but it was worth it. I even got to lick the spoon afterwards." John and Shero chuckled at Lissie's silliness, glad to have such a friendly Dragon to help as John joined in. "Hehe, well, while she got to enjoy the batter, I got to enjoy the frosting spoon. She even helped lift me up as I spread the frosting all around the cake, ensuring I got every last part. She also helped with lighting the candles, though..." John then chuckled a bit, leaving Shero confused while Lissie blushed and looked away for a bit. "Huh? What happened with the candles?" Lissie then blushed even more, before finally turning around, looking a bit annoyed at John for saying something. "Well how was I supposed to know that my flame breath would melt the wax instantly?!? At least we didn't try to light them after putting them on the cake or else your cake might have been much smaller. Thankfully, John had found a spare wick and could use all the hot and wet wax to fashion a new candle and put it in the fridge to harden. So yeah, be thankful that I was a bit tamer with my flame breath the second time." At that, the T-Rex and the Human just laughed even more, finding the situation hilarious. Even the annoyed Lissie started to chuckle, finding the moment amusing as they shared a great laugh, happy to be together on this joyous day.
After the mutual laughter, Shero stood himself up with John in his arms, carrying the Human with him to the cake as he looked upon the magnificent and delicious dessert. "I think this is the biggest cake I've ever gotten for my Birthday. Thank you again for this John. Oh, I'm so happy I could eat you right up! Though then I'd have less room for the cake. Hehe." Shero giggled as he saw the Human's face blush from his comment, giving him some caring licks as Lissie joined in for the chuckles, happy the Hatchday T-Rex was already in amazing spirits. "Hehe. Well then, Shero, it's time for you to make a wish and blow out your candle." Shero smiled and nodded at his Dragon friend, looking at the wonderfully handcrafted candle in awe, which made him think a bit. It felt crazy to him that he was 30 already. A lot has happened in the last decade. Some good and some bad. While the bad felt crushing to him, it seems that the good from his accomplishments and friends helped him push past the troubles to a brighter future. There were many things he wanted to wish for, many ideas went through his mind, though in the end his choice felt crystal clear, making him smile as he blew out the candle, making the Human and Dragon cheer as they sang 'Happy Hatchday' to their amazing friend. And with that, the party began. It wasn't too much of a party, just one with the large cake along with some party horns John brought to blow into and some simple decorations on some nearby trees John and Lissie set up. Thankfully, despite the massive size of the cake, it wasn't too much for them to handle. After all, the T-Rex and Dragon have eaten meals as big as this dessert. So, after John got his slice, the two happily chowed down on the delicious cake, filling them up nicely as John chuckled and enjoyed his piece. After they were done with the cake, the Hatchday King and the Fabulous Dragon lay on their backs and relaxed, while the Caring Human climbed on top of their bellies and relaxed with them, giving them some soft pats and rubs while they enjoyed the day. Funnily enough, those rubs started to make Shero's belly groan a bit more, leading the big Rex to let out a big chocolatey belch, launching the candle he accidentally ate from the cake across the room, making the trio chuckle from the T-Rex's silliness. Shero didn't have much planned for the day, but lying back, relaxing with Lissie and John with a full belly of cake, and watching a screen John set up with a big battery to show all of Shero's fans wishing him a Happy Hatchday, making him feel like the most precious T-Rex around.
