Another important character in Shela's story and also Levi's brother, Crowley! I've been extremely indecisive on his design for a while, particularly the hair and colours. I like this a lot though, the contrast to Levi's colours is nice and I like that he's a warmer hue despite being the colder in personality. Anyway I love him :3
