It was at Cambridge, MA when Paul tried his damndest to tell Camilla ( the lioness) ...but once again he could not.
For those of you who saw my earlier pics of my "Paul and Shelby" story I am working on, this is an earlier flashback from Paul's hometown.
What do you suppose Paul was trying to say?
The song that I was listening to represents everything about this pic, for which i am proud of. Aaron Copland, my favorite american composer, is very simplistic in expressing emotion in such little time with such little music. :)
So I listened to his work "Four Piano Blues", for which i have the music to ;), but i suck at piano. LOL.
Please listen and see what i mean : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=60AZWAtBlEw
With this particular movement, I went with the minimalistic approach with this picture because im trying to convey a point in the most simplest way i can.

well at least you have the dexterity for it LOL. that's why im clarinetist...the keys fit my hands.
This song is particularly hard hard because it requires your hands to play up to a span of 9 keys ( the average is 8), but when i tried to read the music i couldnt stretch my hands far enough to do that.
ironically, piano proficiency was required for my undergrad. couldnt graduate until i could play the national anthem without screwing it up.
