It depends on how sick you are. For a common cold, a couple of cups of hot tea with paracetamol helps me.

🍲 📺. There. Feel better! Have some Campbells homestyle (or OG) and watch a little... Love Island? I think that qualifies as trash tv. Of all the times I went camping/backpacking.. I don't think I went sick so I cant say if its worth it or not 🤪
