Karl Schorsch, my families faithful little ball of fluff and joy, sadly past away today.
After a short but bitter fight with cancer, he lost his final battle today.
The planned surgery, that should have enabled him to life at least some more years, had not even begun, when the vet told my parents, that they would not operate on him, due to his poor blood tests...
After much contemplation my parents decided to put him down, since there was nothing more to do, other than prolong his suffering.
Karl died in my fathers arm at 12:34h today.
He past away in peace, surrounded by family.
May he rest in peace, and may the earth be light on him.

They will... all will be OK again. It is not the first dog we lose, but it will be the last for my parents.
They already said, they won't get a new doggo... not only do they not go through that again, they are getting old themselves and are not that fit anymore... and traveling with a pupper is not that easy ...

I on the other hand... well I dread the moment, when it will be time to let my kitten go... let's hope that will be some time still...
