I think charizard ate something they were not supposed to!
I have ben trying to get more practice shading traditional using these old inked sketches I made. Still have a decent number of these left for inflation stuff. Blueberry inflations are pretty tricky using traditional means. I definitely need some more practice here.
I tried a more simple abstract background here.

Mmmm....it makes sense why the background didn't work out right or is in a different place compared to where you want him to be...But I see where it was going for this. I thought it would be usual, you know, to have him inside of a gymnasium or a massive 100 foot tall by 100 foot wide basketball/workout place the charizard would end up in and that's how I envision it based on his outfit...But that's just my comment thinking what it could have been rather than what you actually had in mind.
