Based on one of my Pokémon that I have with me in the games, the easiest way to describe its personality would be...

"He grabs his to-do list, reads "buy bigger clothes tomorrow," tomorrow arrives, reads his list again "buy bigger clothes tomorrow," tomorrow arrives, and so on..."
Basically, he doesn't like to do any activity that involves getting off his couch.
