Mickey Mouse was having frustration over his car. He tries to start it with his shoes on, but it won't work. So he decides to take his shoes off and start the car barefooted. After he pumps the pedal with his bare feet, his car started working, and Mickey realizes that sometimes it's better to drive with no shoes on.
