Prime is an all-powerful alternate reality version of Curtis that's done the impossible. A cataclysmic event has declared his original reality a lost cause. Love it or hate it, that same event also affected him and gave him the powers to shift into different realities. Ever since, he's been wandering the earths of endless realities in search of one artifact that'd grant him godlike powers, dubbed 'The God Particle'. The power that would allow him to alter reality itself as he sees fit, and maybe even finally bring back his old one.
For the time being, he has hunkered down at his tower in Universe City, a reality that he's created located in between realities. It's made to resemble a titanic mega-casino resort that serves as a hub for interdimensional travellers to indulge in any form of entertainment one can imagine. Highrises stretching as far as the eye can see, blinding neon lights, and games of chance from all realities.
His mask helps him conceal his true identity; with some left thinking it may even be the source of his powers.
