I recently set up my computer for 2 monitors, and needed a desktop to stretch across the entire thing. So I drew this Completely on the computer, with TWICE the dimensions needed to fill the screens. Quite honestly, I think I'll stick to sketching it out first, then Inking it on the computer. It's always worked better for me before.
