This wasn't an Anthrocon commission, though it was appropriate to the theme of the con, Deep Sea Adventures.
I commissioned this years ago, but never knew it was posted. I accidentally discovered it while searching my own screen name here on FA, to see if anyone had had posted the art I drew in the Anthrocon sketchbook swap events.
