I was commissioned by  coyotenose to do a fursuit reference sheet for PJ, which is why it's not terribly exciting in appearance and also genderless. So, maybe you'll actually get to meet the captain in person at a con someday! Plus, I guess if anybody really wants to draw PJ someday, here ya go.

Art fact: PJ's simple design was deliberate. One, for ease in turning out in comic strips, and two, it reflects his character. He's not a flashy, unusually tattooed, weirdly marked, ripped, or anything. Just your average working guy that's fairly relatable.

Fun fact: The hump in PJ's nose is from old injuries. He's had his muzzle broken a couple of times in his life.
