We got our foal-nanny today!
She's three years old, green broke..or as Dudley, the man who 'gave' her to us said, "She's green broke...green as a gourd."
She's pretty bashful and nervous right now, but she's been out to pasture with no handling whatsoever for over six months, so we have some work to do. She's in a seperate pen from the babies and probably will be for about a week, just so we can be sure she will be ok with them.
She had no name, and I've dubbed her "Little Sister". I'm already about 75% in love with her, and she just got here this evening!
