For last, here's the last character for now, P-27, a latex/goo fox who initially was created for a university project, made by Chico and his dad after 26 failed attemps, so the 27th were the succesful one, so that's his name
As the ref says, he's choppable, stretchy and moldable, due the successful outcome, he has even become part of Chico's family, potentially being like a brother to the gray fox.
As for his personality, he's a curious character who has doubts about many things and learns as he goes

Is truly a good question, I like the idea of him not being able to speak, it fits with characters like that
by another side I'm thinking he can speak and inclusively have a mouth, but just when mouth is closed, it seems he doesn't have one, by the type of creature he is, that is like a creative decision, but both sides are good to take in mind
Surely I'll end up like, for first will be the first option, and then, he'll be able to talk after being modified/updated
