Happy 4th of July y’all!
Eagel’s spending his Independence Day weekend out in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, hiking up the range with Star Spangled Banner in hand, he finds a good spot to plant the flag, and salutes his beloved nation, like the national bird he is!
I’ve always loved the United States of America, and will continue to be loyal to the flag of the land I call home. I am nothing but grateful to live in the home, the city, the community, and the country that I’ve been given the opportunity to. My love and respect for the republic goes beyond anything political, and even with the current state of the country, I still love it for what it is; A nation of freedom and opportunity unlike any other on this planet. A nation built on the contributions of people across the world to create a global powerhouse where humanity can excel.
That’s the United States of America I love, and I’m not going to let that love and pride in my nation die just because This fat orange piece of shit and all his goons are trying to ruin it all so they can sit with Putin and his friends at their lunch table. When I wave the Star Spangled Banner, I wave the flag of the PEOPLE. I wave the flag of Independence. I wave the flag of a beautiful nation that I’m proud to call my home.
(If I wanted to wave the flag of the Republican Party, I would wave a Confederate flag for the racist losers they are.)
Happy Independence Day to all my fellow Americans, and remember, we can, have, and WILL fight to preserve our freedom, no matter what.
