Nova Griffonia is a nation that is one of the hardest to live in the world. Due to it vast mountainous terrain and harsh winters in the interior, the population settled in the coastal regions aswell as the few valleys scattered about in the interior

Their limited resources meant that the nation would have a hard time in doing anything, but most importantly in getting food from agriculture. The nation rivers and the lake in the center of the nation provided beneficial in the efforts of agricultural and development of the interior valleys.

The nation is also know to have harsh winters which hinders in development of the nations Interior. This made it dificult for them to provide resources to their puppet state in the west, which got so bad that some resorted to canibalism and raiding convoys and travellers and in some cases, either they ate person they robbed or killed them and left to rot their corpse and belogings while they stole their suplies.

Living in Nova Griffonia coastal regions was reasonable, while living deep in the interior and in the puppet was extremly hard and dangeorus
