im putting this ad here as a last resort, i'm so drained and demotivated from advertising commissions. hi, my name is sandaloodle, or max, which is the actual name i go by. i've been advertising commissions for around 5 years now. in those years, i have only gotten around about 13 comms in total, nearly all from 2023.

i dont know if it's because i use unorthadox payment methods, i do not have paypal or cashapp, i am 19 years old and my mom has been managing all my stuff for me and leaving me unable to get involved. i didnt even have an id until a couple of months ago after begging, so i definitely dont have a bank account either. as such i take my payments mainly via games on steam and tf2 unusuals, especially since i'm mainly home playing video games while i try seeking employment and higher education. i don't know if it's because my art is just bad either, i'd hope that isn't the case! the point is, it's been troubling to get comms, and im not helped by the fact i'm only able to use discord and toyhouse to advertise, i'm not sure where i could start anywhere else.

as i said, i cant take normal money for payment, so i'll accept the following: steam games (if you choose this method and youre unable to pay via steam due to regional price differences i suggest grabbing a key from fanatical or any other reputable keysite instead), tf2 unusuals (especially for pyro), or closed species. i prefer taking payment once i am halfway through the commission, i'll let you know when that is and provide a wip if asked!
