Time to introduce a new (not really :P) character!
Meet River's brother, Jade!
Jade grew up alongside River in the mercenary company, but instead of ending up in the frontline infantry sections, he earned a place among the saboteurs instead, due to his natural instinct and inclination for sneaking around.
He's a skilled swordsman, although not as skilled as River is in that regard, and an excellent archer as well.
He travelled with River when they left Topaz behind, but when she accepted the job as the bodyguard of a merchant prince, he left to make his own living, joining a thieves' guild. They lost touch with each other, only sending the occasional letter back and forth, but unbeknownst to River, Jade kept an eye on her throughout those years, trying to keep her safe from behind the scenes.

Lausig, and she did a fantastic job with him. He looks distinct from River and their parents, but still like her sibling, and the son of their parents. And he's got a cute face! That, plus back muscles befitting an archer who prefers his bows on the heavier end...

I meant that question to be about how He deals with River being is situations that are sexual in the manner of being captured and fucked while she is out on an adventure. Like in this https://www.furaffinity.net/view/53027219/ or in just bad timing of his sister and her partners in general. Awkward!
