TV heads are great. H.U.E. 2 intrigued me when I was browsing characters to draw- from the design to the writing. I saw them posted along with a few other characters, and out of the bunch he seemed very well designed as a villain.
Also the fact he's 5'4" despite his character is hilarious, I love it.
