Let me explain. Since this is an auction, participants try to offer the highest price in order to get this slot. To outbid someone else, you need to reply to the comment of the participant whose bid was made last and indicate your price. This way, the participant will know that someone has made a higher bid and, if necessary, can try to make a new one.
