Part two of the project I'm currently working on as a tribute to my Grandpa. As I am posting this piece, it is also his birthday today. He would've been 71. Happy Birthday In Heaven Grandpa. I love and miss you!
I wanted to keep this drawing more simple, but I wanted to add a shooting star to this drawing. I wanted this drawing to symbolize wisdom. My Grandpa was very wise, and would always be teaching us things, especially street smarts.
I chose to draw me and him as dinos because The Land Before Time was a huge part of my childhood, and when I was a kid, Grandma and Grandpa longneck reminded me of my own grandparents. The movie also has a very emotional core, and I felt that it would be fitting.
This is one of my favorite drawings.

Time it took: 12 hours.
