(Also since Doom Marine/Slayer's name is William Joseph/B.J. Blazkowicz III, it's my headcanon that he would allow Milla and Isabelle to call him by his real name, either B.J. or Billy)

You know, I honestly believe Doomslayer would be the kind of guy who would get along with any dog or cat girl, be it Isabella, Milla, or even any of the characters in the Little Tail Bronx games (Fuga: Melodies of Steel series is the first that comes to my mind).
