I think you did a great job with the leaves, they look very good despite not actually being attached to anything in many places. Perhaps just a touch of blur to them would help to push them into the background a bit more and thus bring forth the character.

Yes, the leaves and tree aren't the best, but the shading and highlights there make them, when you don't focus on them, look good.

As for Neko... God, she looks good.. 0.o

Her anatomy seems flawless to me. Particularly because the staff she is holding provides a nice centrepoint of her movement.

Now I won't even start on the colouring and shading part... I just can keep looking at it and be amazed at it.

The lighting is very good. The picture overall creates a spacious illusion (eh, my English is not very good, I'm not sure if that's the right way to put it).
