A lost cute 90's cartoon frame about two playful Otters

These two are original that Remy fantasise a long time ago- featuring two otter siblings that looks something out a very obscure, maybe lost polite children’s series on VHS tape archived from my Grandparent’s house from the Wye Valley,
Along the other VHS tapes growing up like Sesame Street, The Aristocats, Pooh’s Grand Adventure, Percy the Park Keeper, Kipper, Sooty & Co, Letterland even Barney Magical musical adventure on VHS too! XD
Even the animation of the otter siblings looking back was made either 1994 up to 1998 - or maybe 2000?
(Fun fact: Remy’s born in July 22nd 1996 feel free to calculate why mention my happy memories)
Thinking about 2D Animated show Remy can relate like Mrs Britt Allcroft adaptation of Mumfie, aired on Nick Jr a brilliant example that knows adventorus stories to be playful into that one timed nostalgia.
So here’s those two smart, cheeky and charming otters posing outside the local villages’s Ash:
A laidback brother otter wearing his favourite football/soccer outfit who likes to play soccer and a pretty sister otter skipping in her fairy ballerina outfit who likes to dance around the garden to the town valley!
Unfortunately Remy haven’t come up with names still, Remy could go for the beautiful poetic names: Oliver & Olivia does sound cute? Maybe works?
or could go for Philip & Poppy maybe the nicknames Pip for Philip & Pop for Poppy, Who knows! X3
