Sorry, anytime I see an "It's just as simple as this" tutorial, I think of Bob Ross. The man's an awesome painter, but really? Trying to get anything out of The Joy of Painting was like watching a magician wave a magic wand and trying to understand the process of a rabbit materializing out of thin air.
Although, the "draw whatever and have fun" part of yours is probably the best tidbit I've heard from anybody!
