The vintage texture is made up of a couple parts:
10% RGB noise with 1% Gaussian blur on the image layer. Multiply the layer onto a paper texture from the New York Public Library American Popular Songs or Library of Congress Notated Music collection. Screen a layer of texture over top made from a failed daguerreotype photo from the Library of Congress Daguerreotype collection, possibly with colors inverted, at 10-15% opacity.
I've made several such textures available on my DeviantArt if you want to try it.
