figured it was time to remake a ref for vera (as well as making some small changes) and also added her for artfight

the dagger is a tooth from her father (it might still have poison in it)

tattoo is from a cult she was in but she got out of it (the tattoo and bad memories is all that's left from it) and the tattoo has a spell where it turns into an eye that helps out on her rogue job
