A draconic being that was once created by Team Rocket for a biological experiment. She was gonna be used as a trained hybrid to fight against the international police. With the draconic strength of a Flygon and Dragapult, along with the combative skills of a Lucario; Team Rocket could see her as potential for warfare. However, she managed to escape one night and hid within the wilderness for years. As an independent Pokémon hybrid, she would casually hang around other wild Pokémon or sometimes meet up with a human trainer and their trained team.
