Chapter 9
It is early morning and the 79 eggs laid by the Dragon Queen the previous day are about to hatch. The dragon queen has been up all night making sure the heat was right at all nests. The male has helped a few times but right now he is sleeping.
The eggs in the first nest begin to shake and crackle softly. The dragon queen wakes her male so he can see when the eggs hatch. The male and the Dragon Queen walk together to the nest.
Cracks form in the white eggshells while the crackle becomes louder. The clear liquid flows from all the eggs into the nest. The cracks in the eggshell soon widen as the baby dragons push against the shell to get out. Two baby dragons poke holes in their shell with their long tails. After a short while, the baby dragons emerge from the eggs. From three eggs, the left and right front legs can be seen sticking out. The baby dragons move both front legs and the cracks soon get bigger and soon the shell has loosened so much that they can get out of the eggs.
From five other eggs, small claws can be seen, rapping eagerly on the hard shells. Small shellflakes come off each time the claws rasp over the shell. After a few minutes, the shells have loosened enough so the five baby dragons can get out of the eggs. Four eggs rock against each other and every time they meet there are big cracks in the shell. They help each other hatch. Soon the shells have loosened so much from the wobbly eggs that the baby dragons can get out.
Five eggs move violently in the nest and every time they move, the clear liquid becomes really foamy and pours out in large batches. Soon the five eggs are jumping around in the nest and they are helping other eggs to hatch. The top of the five eggs comes off and five baby dragons manage to jump out of their eggs and land in the nest. All five fall over but they get right back up without any problem. The male thinks they are very funny and he makes a laughing sound. The very last egg hatches but the baby dragon does nothing special other than crack its shell.
When all 20 eggs have hatched, the baby dragons climb out of the nest. They are unsteady on their feet but after a few minutes they walk around the cave without any problems. They don't go very far but are close to their parents.
The dragon queen and the male go to the next nest. 20 eggs begin to tremble and soon the very first cracks are visible on the white shells. The shell rises a little and the cracks get bigger. The clear liquid begins to flow from the eggs. Small grunts are heard from inside the eggs as they begin to move more and more. The eggs crack in slightly different places. Some of them on the top, some on the sides and some others at the bottom.
From some of the eggs, a few baby dragon legs stick out. The legs sometimes move and make the cracks bigger. Finally, the shells have loosened enough that the baby dragons can get out of the eggs. An egg has ended upside down, even though the dragon queen has been careful that they are in the right place. The baby dragon in the wrong-turned egg has strong hind legs and they bounce wildly, and each time they bounce, the shell breaks more and more. The baby dragon needs no help hatching. It doesn't seem to have absorbed the clear liquid.
From some eggs, the tails of some baby dragons stick out. The tails are long and narrow. Some of them are smooth while others have large spikes. The baby dragons don't have good control of their tails yet and they move randomly. The cracks get bigger and the baby dragons help with their tails to make them even bigger. Finally, the baby dragons can get out of their eggs.
All 20 baby dragons crawl out of the nest. Some of the baby dragons already have good stability, while others tumble and go right at the nearest ones. A few step on the head of another's baby dragon to get out of the nest more easily. In the end, all 20 baby dragons are out of the nest. Some of the baby dragons are quiet while others whimper pitifully because they are so hungry.
When all the baby dragons are hatched, the dragon queen and the male go to the third nest. The eggs begin to vibrate at the same time as small cracks form on the white hard shells. When the baby dragons move in the eggs, the cracks soon get bigger. The clear liquid begins to flow from the eggs. Some baby dragons squeak and others grunt as they begin to press against the eggs and widen the cracks. One of the baby dragons sounds almost like a meowing cat.
From an egg comes a reptilian hiss. The hissing increases in strength as the baby dragon pushes against the egg so that there are more cracks in the shell. The top of the shell comes off and two intensely yellow eyes look out at the new surroundings. The baby dragon becomes more eager to come out of the egg and the whole egg moves violently. Finally, the shell cracks so much that the hissing baby dragon gets out.
From four eggs both the right hind leg, the tail and the left front leg protrude from three cracks. None of the legs move uncoordinated, but it doesn't really matter. Bigger cracks form every time the baby dragons move their legs and tails and soon the four shells have loosened enough for the baby dragons to get out. The baby dragons are moist when they come out of the eggs, but they dry quickly.
When all the eggs are hatched, 20 baby dragons climb and crawl out of the third nest. Some of the baby dragons are faster than others. When they are up, they stand and look at their parents. The dragon baby who hisses loudly bites some of his dragon friends but they don't react much to it.
Finally, the dragon queen and the male arrive at the last nest which has 19 eggs to hatch. The white shells in the nest are starting to crack and several of the eggs are moving. The translucent liquid contained in each egg begins to ooze out. There is a real crackling from two eggs and the wings of two baby dragons stick out from the eggs. The baby dragons move their wings and the eggs break more and more. In the end, both dragon cubs are in the nest. They still have their wings up and happen to strike eggs that haven't quite hatched yet.
From six eggs, both front legs stick out. All the front legs move uncoordinated but they crack the shells more and more with each movement. Finally, the six baby dragons tumble out of the nest and look around in confusion. How bright it is and how big everything is. Some of the baby dragons shy away from anything new, but after a while they are just as curious as the other baby dragons.
When all 19 baby dragons are hatched, they climb out of the nest and wait to be fed by their parents. They and the other baby dragons don't have to wait very long. The dragon queen brings out a cow that all 79 dragon cubs get to share. She pulls good-sized pieces of meat from the cow and gives them to the hungry baby dragons. They have very good appetites.
While the 79 eggs hatch and the baby dragons are fed, it is time for 20 dragon queens to lay their first eggs.
The white dragon queen who lives in the old cave in Åby where Sven killed a dragon queen and male in 1909, walks up to her first nest. The rainbow colored male and the white dragon queen have helped build five nests the previous day. The male stands next to the dragon queen and waits for her to start laying her eggs.
The dragon queen sprays fire at the bottom of the nest and twigs and other things start to burn. She then sprays fire on the rocks that are around the nest. The dragon queen turns so that her anus points down into the nest and then she begins to lay her eggs.
The white dragon queen has a narrow anus and she can only push out one egg at a time. The nest slowly fills up with eggs. When the dragon queen has pushed out 20 eggs, she goes to her next nest and sprays fire at the bottom and on the stones around.
The dragon queen continues to push out one egg at a time. She can feel them filling up from her abdomen. When 20 eggs are laid, the dragon queen goes to her third nest. She sprays fire at the bottom and on the rocks and continues to pop out egg after egg in bursts. Soon there are 20 big eggs in the nest.
The dragon queen goes to the fourth nest and spews fire at the bottom and on all the stones standing around the nest. Meanwhile, she can feel the last eggs moving from the abdomen to the anus. The dragon queen turns so that the anus points down into the nest and then she pops out one egg at a time until all are gone. There are 10 eggs that she pops out of the nest. The white dragon queen lays a total of 70 eggs.
She thinks it is difficult to lay the eggs because her anus is so tight, but she is still happy to have laid the eggs. How exciting it will be when the eggs hatch the next day.
The all-black dragon queen who lives in the old mine near Åby stands ready at the first of four nests. She has built them herself, but the yellow-orange male has collected all the materials for the nest. The dragon queen feels that the eggs are really pressing and she knows it's time to lay the eggs.
The Dragon Queen sprays hot fire at the bottom and on the rocks by the first nest. She then turns around so that the anus points down into the nest properly. And then she starts laying her eggs.
20 eggs continuously pop out of the dragon queen's anus. The eggs tumble around the nest when they come out of the anus, but they all stand up as they should. The dragon queen has no idea how many eggs she lays. She is taking a chance that there won't be too many eggs in the nest. When the Dragon Queen senses that the nest is full, she closes her anus and moves to the next nest.
The dragon queen can feel when several eggs move from the abdomen to the anus. It's a good feeling when the eggs don't press as hard in the abdomen anymore. The dragon queen spews fire at the bottom of the second nest and on the rocks around the nest. She turns around so that her anus points towards the nest and then she starts laying her eggs again.
20 more eggs pop out non-stop. The dragon queen thinks it feels good to pop out the eggs non-stop. Egg-laying goes faster this way. The dragon queen watched as her mother did the exact same thing. When she guesses that the nest is full, she pinches and goes to the third nest. More eggs moves from the abdomen down to the anus as she moves. Good.
The dragon queen sprays fire in the middle of the nest and on the stones that are around the nest and then she turns around so that the anus is in the right direction.
Another 20 eggs pop out of the dragon queen's anus. She does not push the eggs with her strong muscles in the anus, but simply lets the eggs fall out one by one without any pause. She knows that it is possible to push a little extra, but she is in no hurry. When the dragon queen is sure that the nest is full, she goes to the next nest.
She sprays fire on dry twigs that lie in the center of the nest. The dragon queen also spits fire on the stones lined up around the nest. She turns her anus towards the nest.
The last 15 eggs also pop out non-stop. The dragon queen turns around and counts all the eggs, concluding that she has laid 75 eggs. She feels satisfied with the egg laying.
The silver dragon queen who lives in an old mine in Landala stands ready by her large nest. She has only made one nest but it is very large in circumference and will hold all the eggs she will lay.
The dragon queen sprays hot fire on all the combustibles her pale blue male collected the previous day. She turns so that the anus points down into the nest and then she begins to lay her eggs.
The dragon queen is a bit worried that it will hurt when the eggs pop out, so she is very careful when she lays the first 3 eggs. But she soon feels that it's just nice to lay the eggs. The dragon queen lets all the eggs pop out non-stop. She does not push with the muscles in the anus, but just lets the eggs fall out of the anus by themselves. The nest fills up as egg after egg pops out.
When the dragon queen has laid all the eggs, she turns to face the nest and counts how many she laid. There are a total of 71 eggs in the nest. The dragon queen sprays hot fire on all the rocks around the nest. Actually, she should have done it before she laid the eggs, but she forgot to do it.
The silver-gold colored dragon queen who lives in the cave at Hisingsparken has just woken up. She feels how the eggs press on in both the abdomen and the anus. The male is still sleeping but she doesn't care. She can handle this herself. The male has been helpful and collected materials and also built six nests.
The dragon queen walks up to the first nest and sprays fire on the combustibles that are at the bottom and also on the stones that stand around the entire nest. She then backs up so the anus points down into the nest.
The first 10 eggs pop out quickly from her anus. The dragon queen is not prepared for the eggs to come out so quickly and therefore she closes her anus after the first 10 eggs had come out. The eggs thumped quite hard in the nest and she is afraid they will break. She releases more eggs but pinches them so they don't pop out as quickly.
The dragon queen is satisfied that there will be a few seconds pause before the next egg pops out. It above all feels nicer in the anus to do so. The dragon queen turns to the nest and counts how many eggs are there. There are 20 of them and she believes that about 20 eggs per nest is enough. She goes to the other nest
As the dragon queen goes to her second nest, she can feel the eggs filling up from her abdomen. It feels a little uncomfortable, but she concentrates on spraying fire into the nest and on the stones around the nest. When it burns, she turns her anus towards the nest.
20 more eggs pop out at a slow pace and the dragon queen feels completely satisfied with how it turns out. She counts each egg that pops out so she knows when there are 20 eggs in the nest. The dragon queen goes to the third nest. Meanwhile, her anus is filled with more eggs from the abdomen. The eggs look like lumps that move steadily from the abdomen down to where the anus is.
The dragon queen sprays hot fire at the bottom and on the rocks by the nest. She turns so that the anus points towards the nest.
Another 20 eggs pop out of the dragon queen's anus. She keeps a close eye on how many eggs pop out of the anus. The dragon queen wants full control of the egg laying. When she knows there are 20 eggs in the nest, she closes her anus while she moves to the fourth nest. The last eggs move from the abdomen down to the anus as she goes to the nest.
She sprays fire at the bottom of the nest and on the rocks around. She points her anus towards the center of the nest.
The last 14 eggs pop out along with some mucus. The dragon queen has laid 74 eggs and she feels very satisfied. The male has just woken up and he walks over and carefully sniffs at the eggs. He also seems pleased.
In the giant mine of Toltorp, it's time for three dragon queens to lay their eggs. The dragon queens have the colors black-orange, black-brown and carbon black. Each dragon queen has five nests so there are a total of 15 nests in the old mine. All the nests are next to each other so the dragon queens can talk to each other while laying their eggs. But they will be concentrated on egg laying.
All the dragon queens stand ready at their nests. Their males are still sleeping. The dragon queens are unsure if they should wake their males but decide to let them sleep. The previous day has been busy for them because they have had to collect a lot of food but also combustible material and all the stones for the 15 nests.
All the dragon queens spray fire at the bottom of the first nest where the eggs are to be laid. They also spray fire on the rocks around the first nest. They all turn around so that their anus points down into the nest and then they start laying their eggs. So far they have done the same way but the egg laying is different on all three dragon queens.
The black-orange dragon queen begins to lay her eggs. 20 eggs pops out from the anus.
The dragon queen pinches her anus as she feels the last egg sticking up a bit from the nest. She turns to check that the egg is standing properly and it is. Not much mucus has come out during egg laying, but each egg is covered with a thin film of tough mucus. The dragon queen counts the eggs and comes to the conclusion that there are 20 eggs in the first nest. There is no room for more eggs in the nest, so she moves to nest number two.
Meanwhile, while the dragon queen is moving, several eggs move from the abdomen down to the anus. The dragon queen feels when the eggs are moving and each egg looks like a bump that moves from the abdomen down to the anus. It can seen when the anus starts to fill up with eggs. The shape of the egg is easy to see at the anus but not at the abdomen. The dragon queen sprays fire at the bottom of the second nest and on the surrounding rocks, then turns her anus towards the center of the nest.
20 more eggs pop out from the dragon queens anus. The dragon queen pinches her anus as she feels the last three eggs against the most sensitive part of her anus. She knows that means the nest is now full of eggs. The dragon queen turns to face the nest to check that the eggs are upright and all are in the right direction. They are standing close to each other but that is only good. They give each other better warmth then.
The dragon queen goes to her third nest and as she goes there she feels the eggs from her abdomen keep moving down towards her anus. She is surprised that the eggs seem to have a higher speed than before. She has already laid 40 eggs. The dragon queen sprays fire at the bottom and on the rocks at the third nest and turns so that her anus points straight down into the nest.
20 white eggs pops out from the dragon queens anus. The dragon queen pinches her anus and goes to the fourth nest. The speed of the eggs moving from the abdomen to the anus has decreased. The dragon queen stands and waits for a little while before she spews fire in the center of the nest and on all the stones standing around the nest. She turns so that her anus points into the nest.
This time 15 eggs pops out from the anus. The dragon queen feels that there are no eggs left to lay and she turns around and counts all the eggs. There were 75 eggs in total and she feels satisfied.
The black-brown dragon queen begins to lay her eggs. The dragon queen lays 20 eggs in the first nest. She pinches her anus while going to her second nest. Once there, she sprays fire at the bottom of the nest and on the stones that surround the nest. She turns her anus towards the center of the nest.
Another 20 eggs are pushed out from the anus and the eggs bump when they fill the nest. The dragon queen pinches again as she goes to her third nest. She doesn't want to risk any eggs ending up on the rocks or the ground. After all, there are three dragon queens standing close to each other and one of them could, in the worst case, accidentally trample any eggs that end up on the ground in front of the nest.
The dragon queen spews fire at the bottom of the nest and on the surrounding rocks. She directs her anus towards the center of the nest.
20 more eggs are pushed out from the anus and the nest is soon filled with white eggs. The dragon queen goes to her fourth nest and sprays fire profusely at the bottom and on the rocks. It is important that the eggs are at the right temperature. She turns her anus towards the nest.
The very last 10 eggs are pushed out of the anus. The dragon queen knows that all the eggs have been laid and she carefully counts how many there are. She has laid 70 eggs and the dragon queen is happy with the egg laying.
The jet black dragon queen begins to lay her eggs. She has a very tight anus and can only pop out one egg at a time. There is no mucus from the anus, but the eggs have a thin membrane of mucus.
The jet black dragon queen pushes out 20 eggs in her first nest. The nest is slowly filled with the white and large eggs. The eggs neither tumble around nor thump in the nest. Since they come out one at a time, she keeps track of how many are placed in the nest. She has seen that the other two dragon queens also laid 20 eggs at most in their nests and she guesses that is a reasonable amount.
When the nest is full, the dragon queen moves to the other nest. Because her anus is tight, she does not squeeze while moving to the next nest. The dragon queen sprays fire on the combustibles at the bottom and on the stones lined up all around the nest. She turns her anus towards the nest and pushes out more eggs.
20 eggs pop out one by one in the nest and the dragon queen counts each egg that pops out of the anus. When the second nest is full, she goes to the third nest and sprays fire in the middle of the nest and also on the stones around it.
The dragon queen lays 20 more eggs as she counts each egg placed in the nest. When she knows the nest is full, she goes to the fourth nest. She sprays hot fire in the center of the nest and on the gray stones. She turns so that the anus is in the nest.
She lays the last eggs. The jet-black dragon queen lays a total of 73 eggs. Now that all the dragon queens have laid their eggs, they are becoming very social. They stand by their nests and talk to each other. The males wake up and they look at the three dragon queens and at the now egg-filled nests. It doesn't matter to them that they missed the egg laying.
In the gigantic cave in Lillhagen, it is also time for three dragon queens to lay their eggs. The dragon queens have the colors black-red, black-blue and grey-black-red. Nests are already built and there are four nests for each dragon. But each dragon queen has clearly marked where they have their nests and sleeping places. They hope there won't be any fighting over who has whose nest.
The black-red dragon queen is the first of the three to wake up and go to her nest. Her dark red male is there as support should something go wrong. The dragon queen walks up to the first nest and the male sprays fire at the bottom and on the rocks while the dragon queen makes sure the anus points down into the nest.
20 eggs continuously pop out of the dragon queen's anus. The eggs have quite a high pressure when they come out of the anus and each egg thumps when they land in the nest, but when the pile gets bigger, it makes less noise about the eggs popping out. The dragon queen pinches her anus when she guesses that the nest is full. She turns and looks. Maybe there can be room for some more eggs, but she goes to her next nest.
The male sprays fire in the center of the nest and on the stones that stand around the entire nest.
20 Eggs pop out without a break. The first eggs thump hard in the nest, but as the nest fills up, the sound when the eggs land in the nest becomes lower. The dragon queen thinks it's good to let the eggs pop out non-stop. When she guesses that the nest is full, she pinches and goes to the third nest. The male sprays fire on the combustibles at the bottom and on the rocks.
Another 20 eggs pop out without any pause. The dragon queen helps a little and pushes with the strong muscles in the anus. The male makes a stop sound and she squeals. He has seen that the nest is full. The dragon queen goes to her last nest and the male is quickly there spraying his fire where it should be hot.
The very last 11 eggs pop out of the dragon queen's anus. She turns around and counts all the eggs. The dragon queen has laid 71 eggs
It's time for the black and blue dragon queen to lay her eggs. Her male is not awake yet, so she herself has to spray fire in the middle of the nest and on the rocks. When that is done, she makes sure that the anus points down into the nest. The black and blue dragon queen is fartish and sometimes farts come out when she lays the eggs
The dragon queen lays 20 eggs. Each time, 2 eggs pop out at a time along with some tough transparent mucus. The dragon queen counts how many eggs she lays and when she knows that 20 have come out of the anus, she pinches and goes to the other nest
She sprays fire on the combustibles at the bottom of the nest as well as on the stones that stand around the entire nest. She turns around and makes sure her anus is facing the center of the nest.
20 eggs pop out along with some farts. This time, a different number of eggs come out each time, but she still keeps a pretty good count of how many have popped out. The dragon queen can't help but giggle at the farts she lets out a little now and then. She feels like a nice lady but they don't usually fart like that.
The dragon queen pinches her anus and goes to her third nest. She sprays fire at the bottom of the nest and on all the rocks that are around the nest. When she is done with it, she turns around and makes sure that the anus is pointing in the right direction.
Another 20 eggs pop out of the dragon queen's anus. She can actually feel the last egg that came out, with the outermost sensitive part of the anus. The dragon queen goes straight to the fourth nest. She doesn't bother squeezing this time because she knows there aren't that many eggs left to lay and they don't push very hard in the anus.
The dragon queen sprays her hot fire at the bottom of the nest so that the combustibles start burning. She also sprays fire on all the stones that stand around the entire nest. She turns and points her anus towards the center of the last nest.
The last 10 eggs come out of the anus. The dragon queen has laid a total of 70 eggs.
The time has come for the grey-black-red dragon queen to lay her eggs. Actually, she wants to sleep a little more, but the eggs are pressing very hard and she realizes that it is time to lay the eggs. The white-pink male is also sleepy but he keeps the dragon queen company. After all, it is their eggs that she will lay.
The male goes behind the nest and sprays fire at the bottom and on the stones while the dragon queen stands so that the anus points down into the bottom of the nest.
25 eggs pop out non-stop from the dragon queen's anus. She feels she has no control over the eggs spilling out of her anus. But the male sees that the nest is getting full and tells her to stop laying the eggs and pinch and then go to the next nest. But it's not so easy for her to squeeze, so a few extra eggs pop out before she squeezes properly. But the dragon queen thinks she can move some eggs later. Right now she just wants to push them out of her anus.
The dragon queen goes to her other nest while the male sprays fire in the center of the nest and on all the rocks. When the dragon queen is at the nest, she opens her anus again.
Another 25 eggs pop out without any pauses. Again the male calls out when he sees that the nest is full and the dragon queen does her best to squeeze but still 5 eggs tumble out of her anus before she can stop them. Well, she can move the excess eggs later. The dragon queen begins to go to her third nest
The eggs are still pressing quite hard in the anus, so just to be safe, she squeezes hard so that no egg will pop out by itself while she moves. The male again sprays his hot fire into the bottom of the nest so that the combustibles begin to burn. He is also careful to spray all the rocks as well.
20 eggs pop out non-stop. The pressure in the anus has decreased and the dragon queen relaxes a little. It's hard when the eggs press on. The male does not have to say stop when the nest is full, but the dragon queen senses that the nest is full and she pinches her anus.
The dragon queen goes to her fourth nest. The male sprays fire as usual at the bottom and on the stones.
The last 5 eggs are pushed out in the fourth nest. The male and the dragon queen help to move the excess eggs from the first two nests. They place the 10 eggs in the last nest and again spray fire on all the rocks.
The dragon queen counts all the eggs and concludes that she has laid 75 eggs.
In the cave at Eklanda, it is time for the golden dragon queen to lay her eggs. The male, which is violet with small black dots, is awake to keep her company. The male has also built five nests for the dragon queen to use. The eggs in the dragon queen's anus are already putting quite a lot of pressure and sometimes a tough transparent mucus comes out of the anus and drips onto the ground behind her.
The dragon queen walks up to the first nest and turns around so that the anus points down into the nest. The male stands on the other side of the nest and starts spraying hot fire at the bottom of the nest and on the stones that are placed in a circle. Most of the stones are gray but there are some stones that have some odd colors as well. Some of the stones are black and white. The dragon queen opens her anus so the eggs can come out.
20 eggs pop out without a break. The dragon queen pinches her anus as she goes to the other nest. She can feel when the eggs are constantly replenished from the abdomen and all the way down to the anus. The male can see when the eggs are filled from the abdomen. When the dragon queen is at her second nest, the male goes there and sprays his fire at the bottom and on the rocks.
20 more eggs pop out of the dragon queen's anus at a rapid pace. The dragon queen pinches her anus so that no eggs will pop out as she moves towards the third nest.
During the time she moves towards her next nest, she feels the eggs in her abdomen moving very quickly. It almost feels like a big wave movement when the eggs flow down to the anus very quickly. The male can also see how fast they are moving. The male sprays fire in the center of the nest and ignites material he has found and he also sprays on the stones around the nest.
Another 20 eggs pop out of the dragon queen's anus. The dragon queen pinches her anus as she goes to the fourth nest. She can still feel the eggs moving from the abdomen down to the anus but they are not moving as fast as before and it doesn't feel like there are as many eggs left. The male sprays his hot fire in the center of the nest and on the rocks.
The last 15 eggs pops out into the nest. The golden dragon queen turns to her four nests and counts how many eggs she has laid. There were a total of 75 eggs. She feels very satisfied.
At the old mine in Balltorp, the time has come for the black-brown dragon queen to lay her eggs. The male is still sleeping and she tries to wake him up but he is sleeping very deeply. Oh well. The four nests are already fully built and ready to use.
The Dragon Queen walks up to the first nest and she begins by spraying hot fire into the center of the nest. There is combustible material that the male has gathered together. When the material burns well, the dragon queen sprays hot fire on several stones that stand around each nest. She then turns so that the anus points down into the nest and then she begins to lay her eggs.
The dragon queen lays the first 20 eggs. Some come out without a break, while others come out only one at a time. The dragon queen can feel the last egg against her anus and thus knows that the nest is now full. She pinches her anus while going to the other nest.
The dragon queen sprays the hot fire in the middle of the nest and on the rocks. When it burns well in the middle of the nest, she turns around so that the anus points down into the nest.
20 eggs pop out at a steady rate with very few breaks in between. The dragon queen pinches her anus and goes to the third nest. She sprays the hot fire in the center of the nest and on all the stones. She turns around so that the anus is in the nest.
Another 20 eggs pop out. They come two and two every time this time. The dragon queen knows that there aren't many eggs left to lay so she doesn't bother to pinch her anus while she goes to the fourth nest.
She sprays fire at the bottom of the nest and waits for the flames to rise. When she sees that it is burning well, she also spews fire on the stones that are around the nest. She turns so that the anus is directed towards the nest.
The last 10 eggs pop out non-stop. They make some noise when they land in the nest, but all the eggs hold even if they land quite hard in the nest. The dragon queen turns and counts the eggs. There were 70 of them. She feels satisfied.
Meanwhile, in the old mine in Gårda, it is time for the bronze-colored dragon queen to lay her eggs. Her blue-green male is awake and he has recently finished building two nests. Each nest can hold up to 40 eggs.
These two nests look a little different from other dragon queens. It is of course a large center where there are large twigs and other things that burn well, but there are also several stones in slightly different places in the nest. It is so that all the eggs stand firmly, even if there are many of them.
The male sprays fire both in the center of the nest but also on all the stones that are in the nest and those that are around the entire nest. The dragon queen stands so that the anus points down into the nest.
40 eggs pop out non-stop and land in the first large nest. A tough mucus constantly flows from the anus while the eggs pop out
The dragon queen pinches her anus and goes to the other nest. As time passes, she can feel how the eggs are filling up from the abdomen. They flow down towards the anus. The male can also see when the eggs are moving. The male sprays hot fire in the middle of the nest, on the stones that are placed in the nest and on the stones that are around the nest itself.
The last 33 eggs pop out without any pauses in the second large nest. The dragon queen remains for a while after the last egg has come out of the anus. She is unsure if there really aren't more eggs about to come out, but the male doesn't see any lumps moving in her abdomen, so after a short while they both understand that the egg laying is complete. The dragon queen and the male count the eggs and come to the conclusion that there are 73 eggs in total. They are both satisfied.
In a cave in Hult, it's time for an avocado green dragon queen to lay her eggs. Her bright green male is awake and ready to spray his fire into the four nests they have built.
The dragon queen walks up to her first nest and the male follows, spraying hot fire in the center of the nest and on all the rocks surrounding the nest. The dragon queen positions herself so that her anus points down into the nest.
The dragon queen lays 20 eggs in the first nest. She can feel that the nest is full when the last egg pops out. The very first eggs almost land on the male's nose because he is so close to the female's anus at the start of egg laying but he moves so he is not in the way of the eggs popping out. The male is really fascinated to see the eggs pop out of the dragon queen's anus.
The dragon queen pinches her anus as she goes to the other nest. The male goes there and sprays hot fire on the combustible in the middle and on all the stones
20 more eggs pop out of the dragon queen's anus. She knows approximately when the nest is full. She pinches her anus as she goes to the third nest. The male is quick and sprays fire in the middle of the nest and on the rocks before the dragon queen even arrives at the nest.
Another 20 eggs pop out of the dragon queen's anus. This time she doesn't pinch as she goes to the fourth nest. She instinctively knows that there are only a few eggs left to lay. The male keeps the nest warm.
The last eggs pop out of the avocado green dragon queen's anus. The male has counted each egg and tells her that she has laid 72 eggs. Both the dragon queen and the male feel satisfied with the result.
Meanwhile, in a cave in Unnered, it's time for the brown dragon queen with white spots to lay her eggs. She wakes up her apricot colored male but he is really grumpy so she lets him continue to sleep. He has built five nests for the dragon queen.
The dragon queen goes to the first nest and sprays hot fire in the middle of the nest and on all the stones standing around the nest itself. She turns so that the anus points down into the nest.
The dragon queen lays 20 eggs. She turns and checks the eggs. They are all standing up as they should and theres some slime gnistening on the eggs.
The dragon queen goes to her second nest. She pinches her anus tightly so that no egg falls out when she walks. She feels several eggs move from the abdomen and land just above the opening of the anus.
The dragon queen sprays hot fire in the center of the nest and on all the rocks. She turns around and makes sure the anus points down into the nest.
20 more eggs pops into the nest. The dragon queen pinches her anus and quickly goes to the third nest. She sprays fire in the center of the nest and on all the rocks. Then she turns around so that the anus points towards the nest.
Another 20 eggs pop out. The dragon queen goes straight to the fourth nest. She doesn't care about pinching this time. The dragon queen sprays her hot fire in the center of the nest as well as on the rocks. After it has started to burn well in the center of the nest, she turns around and makes sure that the anus points down into the center of the nest.
The last 14 eggs pop out of the dragon queen's anus and she knows she has finshed the egg laying. The dragon queen turns and looks at the four nests. She doesn't care about counting the eggs. It will be fun tomorrow and see how many hatch. Will all the eggs hatch? Who knows.
Meanwhile, in a cave at Backadalen, it is time for the bronze-red dragon queen to lay her eggs. Her male who is purple-blue with the Milky Way on his wings is also awake and while the dragon queen is on her way to her first of four nests, the male is already there spraying hot fire at the bottom of the nest and on the rocks.
The dragon queen pushes out 20 eggs at a suitable rate. She could have pushed with the muscles in the anus so that the eggs came without interruption, but she thinks this feels much better. The dragon queen goes straight to her second nest. She doesn't even bother to pinch her anus while walking but no egg falls out so it doesn't matter.
The male sprays hot fire into the nest and onto the rocks.
20 more eggs are pushed out of the dragon queen's anus. She is completely relaxed while laying the eggs. There is no reason to stress. When the dragon queen guesses that the second nest is full, she goes straight to the third.
The male sprays hot fire on all the combustible material that is collected at the bottom of the third nest and on the stones that stand around the nest.
Another 20 eggs are pushed out by the dragon queen. Soon the nest is full and she can faintly feel the last two eggs with the sensitive outer tip of her anus. The dragon queen goes to her fourth nest.
The male is ready and sprays fire on the rocks and in the center of the nest when the dragon queen is at the nest.
The last 15 eggs are pushed out and when there are no more eggs, the dragon queen turns and looks at her four nests. She counts all the white large eggs and there are 75 of them. The dragon queen feels completely satisfied with her egg-laying.
Meanwhile in the giant mine in Partille, it's time for three dragon queens to lay their eggs. It is the dark green, black gray and the grey-white dragon queen that will lay their eggs. Their males are up and ready to help spray their fire into the center of the nest and onto the rocks.
Each dragon queen has four nests each. There are a total of 12 nests in the gigantic mine. All the nests are in a long row, but there is still enough space for all the dragon queens so they don't have to crowd to fit.
All the dragon queens start laying their eggs at the same time.
The dark green dragon queen has a very tight anus and can only lay one egg at at a time. No mucus comes out when the eggs are laid and it stings a little when each egg comes out because they are very dry. But she lays 20 eggs in her first nest. It takes some time before the whole nest is full of eggs.
The black-grey dragon queen has no tight anus and she lays her first 20 eggs without a break. They just pop out of the anus non-stop. The first eggs thump hard in the nest, but when it starts to be filled with more eggs, the sound is muffled. There is not much mucus coming from the anus when the eggs pop out, but each egg is covered with a thin membrane of mucus.
The grey-white dragon queen lays her eggs two at a time. Two eggs pop out, a short pause and two more pop out. The nest slowly fills up with more eggs. There is not much mucus coming from her anus either, but the most mucus is coming from her if you compare it to the other two dragon queens.
When all three dragon queens have laid their first eggs in the first nest, they move towards the second nest. The dark green and grey-white dragon queens don't bother to pinch their anus as they walk while the black gray dragon queen pinches her hard. The males approach each nest and spray their hot fires in the middle of the nest and on the stones around it.
The dark green dragon queen continues to push out one egg at a time. The dragon queen lays 20 eggs in the nest.
The black and gray dragon queen pushes out 20 eggs non-stop. They almost squirt out of her anus and some of the eggs have such a high speed that they tumble around the nest before settling down properly. The very first 10 eggs thump very hard in the nest and the last eggs also thump so that it is heard when they land in the nest. The dragon queen knows they aren't very sensitive so it doesn't matter if they thump.
The grey-white dragon queen changes her egg-laying a bit and now there are four eggs that pop out non-stop with small breaks in between. More mucus flows from the anus when the eggs pop out
When all three dragon queens have laid their eggs in the second nest, they immediately go to the third nest. All the dragon queens wait for each other before going to the third nest. The one who finishes first is of course the dark green dragon queen while the one who is last is the dark green dragon queen. But there is no competition for who lays their eggs the fastest. Everyone can lay the eggs at the pace they think is best.
The males are already at the third nests when the dragon queens get there. They spray their hot fire in the center of each nest and on the stones that are around each nest.
The dark green dragon queen continues to push out one egg at a time.
The black and gray dragon queen pops out another 20 eggs without any pause. She presses with the muscles in the anus so that they come out as quickly as possible.
The grey-white dragon queen changes her egg laying again. This time the eggs pop out five at a time and the breaks are fewer. There is not as much mucus coming from the anus this time. The grey-white dragon queen might be a little affected by how the black-grey dragon queen pops out her eggs non-stop. They stand closest to each other. Even if she doesn't look at the eggs, she can hear them popping all the time.
The three dragon queens go to their fourth nests together when they have all laid their eggs in the third nests. The males are quickly there and spray hot fire in the repective nest and on the rocks.
The dark green dragon queen continues to push out one egg at a time until all 11 eggs are laid. The dark green dragon queen turns around and counts all the eggs. She has laid a total of 71 eggs and she feels satisfied with that.
The black-gray dragon queen pushes out her last 15 eggs without any pause. When she has finished laying her eggs, she also turns around and counts all the eggs that she has popped out. She has laid 75 eggs and feels absolutely satisfied with that. Both the male and the dragon queen know that 75 eggs is the maximum number of eggs they can lay.
The grey-white dragon queen lay the final 12 eggs in intervals. The first five eggs come out without interruption, but then they sometimes come out two at a time and sometimes only one at a time. When all the eggs are laid, she also turns around and counts the eggs. There are a total of 72 eggs laid by the grey-white dragon queen. She feels satisfied with it.
The very last dragon queen to lay her eggs on this day is the emerald green one. She lives in a cave in Lexby with her light turquoise male. The male is up when it's time to lay the eggs. Both dragons are full of anticipation and a little tense.
The male has built four nests for the dragon queen and he is so proud of it. The dragon queen is at the first nest and the male comes there and sprays fire in the middle of the nest and on the stones he has placed around the nest. The anus of the dragon queen is oozing sticky mucus.
The dragon queen pops out the first 20 eggs from her anus. They come in intervals. When the nest feels full, she goes to her second nest while pinching her anus. The male sprays hot fire in the center of the nest and on the rocks surrounding the nest.
20 more eggs pop out at slightly different intervals. The dragon queen does not press with the muscles in the anus, but the eggs are allowed to pop out at their own pace. The dragon queen does not want to stress when she lays her eggs. They won't hatch until the next day anyway. When the nest feels full, the dragon queen goes to the third nest while pinching her anus so that no eggs fall onto the ground next to her.
The male is quickly at the third nest and sprays hot fire on all the combustible material that is in the bottom and on the stones that are around the nest. Soon the center of the nest is on fire and the dragon queen makes sure the anus points down into the nest before continuing to lay her eggs.
20 eggs pop out and the intervals have changed a bit again. She has actually pressed a little with the muscles in the anus without even thinking about it. When the nest is full she goes to the fourth nest but now she doesn't bother to pinch her anus while going to the nest. She knows there aren't that many eggs left to lay.
The male sprays fire in the middle of the nest and on the rocks. The last 13 eggs pop out of the dragon queen's anus. The dragon queen turns around and counts all the eggs she has laid in the four nests. A total of 73 eggs have been laid and she feels that it is a perfectly fine amount.
In total, the dragon queens lay 1454 eggs on this day. That's a very large amount of eggs even if some of the dragons don't live near each other.
