My half of the trade with CosmicRex! I drew Rex and she drew Rox! She did a really awesome take on Rox by the way. :D
This is a rare occasion where I drew a bear! Such a cutie bear! I guess I even made her more fluffy than she should be! Her clothes are so 80s!! I love it. That little pan button is there because (besides the fact she’s pan like the artist) I thought it would be a pretty neat extra to add and also beecawse Pride Month. Yay, the first pride flag I’ve ever depicted!

I am always very careful when it comes to adapting other people’s characters to my style, as I not only wanna draw them lookin’ cool but also make sure they still look like themselves. That’s why I did some scribbles first to find a proper way to draw her. I had to start working on the sketch traditionally due to my town's wave of unpredictable blackouts (I don’t know why that happened… I heard it was because somebody set their own house on fire or something. I don't know!). How wonderful! Once the power became stable again, I did uncountable touch-ups on digital. I struggled a lot to draw those paws; bear paws making heart ain’t easy to draw! Especially if you are an idiot like me and used pictures of hooman skinny hands as references but glad they turned out well anyhow! And once again I learned a new way to render/shade fur during an art trade, just like the last online art trade I did with Osmoru almost 3 years ago… Some things never change!
