A relatively newcomer to the town of Loonsbrook, Vivian is a cybernetic adaptoid created by Tektor’s business rival, Phestor Fenix. While initially designed as a potential tool for some unknown purpose, and fitted
with an experimental Graviturgy Engine, she was fortunately stolen from Phestor’s control, only for her to coincidentally wind up in Loonsbrook. It’s unclear if Phestor still has any sway over her, but it seems she’s trying her best to lend a helping hand wherever she’s needed.
