Commission for Ferrant, who let me have free reign with what I did for this one~
Birds of high social standing are often a rigorous crowd when it comes to how one grooms their feathers- especially their wings. Ferrant's line of work necessitates that he keeps his pinions pulled and arms wrapped tightly, but being of noble class, this comes with mockery and ridicule from others. Between work and this social stress, he sometimes has the problem of... another side taking over.
Some poor soul walking the streets is in for a surprise tonight.
[sub]Apologies that I don't know the exact location of this one; I went through a plethora of images trying to study French and Victorian architecture, and redrew something that I thought would fit.[/sub
