Alright so for the longest time I've kept drawing a Primarina design that wasn't quite an OC nor was quite the original, but at last I think I've managed the courage to make her into a proper OC: Say hi to Lily!
Sshe grew closer to a pond (which she often gets too big for oops) instead of the beach and is stylized as such! Her fish tail starts a bit lower than most Primarinas, so she uses a belt stylized like a lily pad to cover her rear (or not if she's feeling spicy)
