Sometimes I like to make fun of an animal's traits because it's a funny thing to observe if it happens in their anthropomorphized version. (Also it's actually Matt's fetish as part of foreplay, not a regular identity sniff as it is with real dogs. He's just really into the smell.)
Well, my two cents:
1) Vorac takes the deal, gets the better car, and who knows maybe Marvin will actually NOT fuck him over? He makes a decent point about the job situation with Senanca.
2) Vorac says he'll think about it, maybe go have a discreet chat with Senanca about things to cover his secure job and income. Maybe it's ok to do it, maybe not.
3) Vorac covers his ass and just says no. Life goes on, Senanca doesn't have to know.
In any scenario, I am pretty sure boss man will find out one way or another, just a matter of when.
