OC Reference - Plasmus/Pete Barnaby

The first of the oc references, here is Plasmus, the sticky-fingered fake king! Quickly, here’s a little bit about him; He’s very dry and sarcastic, he’s not actually a king, just dresses up as one as a mockery of them, and WILL pickpocket you if the opportunity arises. Also, he appears in the original fanfiction that I’m writing, Views From Halfway Down. Both chapters that he appears in can be found here \/
