Arfus finally visits Planet Bucky, specifically bustling New Buck City, and with Tour Guide Bucky leading the way, he’ll see all the amazing Bucky-centric things this city has offer.

Despite his dour disposition, he’s already embracing the Buckyness as his toon deer self, Deerfus.

Aside from Tour Guide Bucky, we also have a Jogger Bucky out for a morning jaunt with his big bottomed Bucky headed Dalmatian, the two listening to music together. We also see a trio of Pigeon Buckys perched on a cable, with one enjoying a mini bag of popcorn while another particularly friendly one waves down at Deerfus, not one to be rude, he waves back. We can also see a Celebrity Bucky on a billboard endorsing Buckola, a very popular soft drink amongst Buckys.

Been meaning to revisit Planet Bucky for a LONG time now, and finally I got the chance to.

So just establishing some LORE here and will link the previous Planet Bucky pics below:

1. Planet Bucky is both a world and a living entity (see previous pics below)

2. The native inhabitants of Planet Bucky are either Buckys, animals with Bucky heads that can talk/think like a person, or toony big bottomed buck versions of themselves.

3. Visitors who travel to Planet Bucky can tf into Buckys if they embrace the environment or actively want to become a Bucky, however those who DO NOT WANT TO BECOME A BUCKY, THEY WILL NOT (the transformation is not forced).

4. The inhabitants of Planet Bucky DO NOT KILL for food, the Bucky headed animals, whether they are cows, chickens, pigs, or even fish who work in food production simply eat to make their bellies even bigger, and then they are hooked up to toony liposuction machines that suck out the extra mass from their bellies and it pops out as the already finished food product, ready to cook and eat.

5. Visitors who come to Planet Bucky tend to come not only to see this quirky, surreal world, but also as a vacation from being themselves, and while some just spend a bit of time as Buckys before going back to their normal lives, some actually much prefer their Bucky lives and choose to stay permanently.


Overall Planet Bucky is not meant to be scary or sinister, it’s a weird wonderful place like ToonTown or Wackyland, a place that doesn’t make sense but folks can enjoy and live their best big bottomed buck lives.
