Radoise is the eight and second youngest of the Heavenly Kyuubi siblings, made specifically by Inari and Tsukoyomi as an official collaboration with the space program Tsukoyomi came from, a mobile radar system who can move on it's own.
It was deemed that a tortoise robot would be the best to have a radar system built-in but when it came to the question if it could also be around the Earth like a satelite, they looked into what the best method would be and their idea was to also let them have their legs transform into rockets that could let them reach the upper atmosphere (they also did give them the coatings needed to protect themselves from the cold and re-entry).

Seemingly, they gained sentience quite early on and asked their parents about themselves, including if it knows what gender they are since there's nothing on the shell that could tell and also the lack of a tail, which their parents haven't considered but they let them have the time to discover it and with the help of their older siblings realized that they would identify themselves as non-binary (though they don't care if you call them he/she).
They like to have fun but at the same time ends up having to try and be the reasonable one among the crazier siblings, much to their annoyance since being responsible is what they expect of their older siblings.
