I liked the design of the female version of his character that I thought up of this. Reimaru noticing her while on the sidewalk. I had drawn the concept for this on a note book before doing on on PS. Here, I tried to practice drawing backgrounds aswell as practiced certain effects. Hopefully, it looks alright to you guys.
