I adore all the colors, especially the colors you shaded with for the white parts. It's so pretty! ARRGG! Yep, being rusty and artblocky sucks!! I didn't draw a whole lot this school year, so I'm feeling it now when I have the time and actually want to draw. If I had wanted to draw during school, I know I would have made time. I never thought you could actually regress in your art until this year when it sort of snuck up on me. Anway, I wish you luck on not being rusty and artblocky, too. :D

I knoooow... It sneaks up and bites you on the butt! Hahaha, I remember the first time that my art took a leap backwards and I was veeeeeeeeeery surprised. I really need to start practicing as much as possible. It can be so frustrating to want to do something and have every attempt fail because you haven't picked up a pencil in too long. XD

Agreed! :D This coming fall school quarter I'm signed up for an illustration class, so that'll keep me drawing for at least the beginning of the year, but I want to be up to par again for when that comes. I know the teacher, so that helps. Yep, I tell people all the time when they ask about my skills that you MUST practice. It's hard to remember to do that for yourself until you're stuck in a rut like us! And maybe I'll be better prepared for this next time if it happens... unless it's really that sneaky? c:
