Just images you are in a public place with many other pokemon, and your friend give you a fruit to eat, that ends up turning you into a blueberry forever. Charizard must feel very betrayed, terrified, and embarrassed right now. Hearing what every one is saying as they watch them turn into a blueberry, while watching themselves irreversibly turn blue and fill up with juice. All the while their friend gleefully saying how permanent it is.
Some of the onlookers seem jealous though.
Coloured in another only of my old lined sketches, I have a far bit more left for this account!

Oh god, this would be one of those anxiety inducing nightmares/situations I would hate to be in. Literally standing outside and in a large public area, only for me to turn blue from head to toe, and then swelling up right in front of people...Again, my anxiety, worries, and sadness would go through the roof. And all of the commentary would be akin to bullying or outright getting too much attention from the other people, to where I would have a massive amount of public fright internally. So I can relate to this Charizard of how he's feeling, and how people are just spectating and watching this charizard swell up into a massively large blueberry dragon....Good golly.
However, much like what I've said in the previous works, it definitely is an improvement, and it does give your creations a good portion of world building to see what kind of scenarios your characters are "really going through" instead of just being one off blueberry inflated pokemon/creature artworks. Again, I love how it turned out, the way the colors work (thought the blue is much darker compared to the other ones). And for those who wish to see what statements are mentioned from left to right, here's my best take on the statements/comments from the people speaking/having conversations inside the artwork itself, quote:
Crowd Comments: "What should we do?". "Poor Charizard.", "More like lucky Charizard.", "That's so mean to do to a friend.", "Charizard Is Evolving!", "Wait, it's permanent?", "They are like this forever?", "berry for life?", "Will they ever stop bloating?", "I can smell a blueberry smell.", "When will the swelling stop?", "What's happening to that charizard?", "The look so soft and squishy.", "I can't look", "Their belly is so loud", "I want to touch them", "That's when they get for being a charizard." "I love that bubbling sound", "I can't look away.", "I want that!", "It doesn't look like they are stopping any time soon.", "I hope it is forever", "I need that fruit.", "They are already so big.", "I love this!", "What are they filling up with?", "Their (They're) so purple now", "So lucky.", "Amazing.", "They are swelling up with so much juice.", "Their belly is so big."
Random Person (who gave Charizard the fruit): "I'm so glad I convinced you to eat my fruit. It has enough juice to last a life time! And I even get to watch you change into a giant berry. Best part, it's permanent!"
Charizard: "Help!!"
My comment: "Whelp Charizard, you're swelling up into a permanent blueberry inflated dragon. I hope you enjoy your new body and shape as a blueberry inflated being. I can see this one swelling up at 7 or 10 feet tall, that's for sure. And proceed to torture/tease the poor charizard as much as I like. <333 >=3333" Hehehehehehehehehehehe!!!"

Yes, charizard probably does feel very embarrassed from everyone watching their now blue belly expand with juice, and since charizard will now be a blueberry forever, I doubt they will forget this moment. I can imagine everyone else years down the line seeing the big blueberry charizard and remember the moment they swelled up into one.
Thanks! I am always trying to get better. I was trying to think of a background for this one, and though this could be a fun idea to try. The blue colour can definitely be hard to get right with traditional media, with the limited colour range.
For the text, I would often put down the first thing that came to my head, and trying to think about what different kinds of people would say.

Yeah. And I wouldn't be surprised too if the charizard starts tearing up from all of this, and starts to cry silently to himself. Just hearing all of that commentary would be really upsetting too. Not to mention being stuck as a blueberry forever, I would feel just as much sadness/pain from the Charizard's mind if I was in his position. But that's just me. Overall, if charizard actually doesn't mind it, despite being permaberried forever, then it would be paradise for him. As for the others though, yeah, I do agree on your end that people will move on. I do hope they can roll Charizard to a new place and be able to let him go back to his home or something. Having him stuck there and just be used as a statue, I don't know about you but that would be an awful fate to be stuck there forever. Only time will tell whether hundreds/thousands of years later comes by, human civilization has passed so much that the blueberry inflated charizard would still be there if not many harms the poor guy in the first place or something. And in terms of your blueberry inflated creatures, I do think some sort of device to help read and see his thoughts and also communicate with him via telepathy would help others understand how he got here and such.
And also, "remember the moment they swelled up into one.", wait, does that mean the other people swelled up like charizard or is it just them remembering the day the charizard swelled up into one?? That part I'm confused.
No problem, and even if it's just remaking your old artwork it's a nice twist on making it traditional compared to, you know, the digital versions of these drawings. Yeah, it makes it look like he's standing in front of a blue sky or something, but that's just me. And yeah, it's not easy with the blueberry color palette, since it depends on how dark or light you want the blue color to be.
That makes sense, but the reason why I translated that text into my comment was just so others can see what was written inside those text bubbles (since it can be difficult after coloring to see what the text actually says in the artwork. I'm pretty thankful I was able to translate it and put it into my comment). But yeah, no worries, it's fun to see what the first thing that comes to mind when a situation like this occurs in the setting.
