If you have never had to use a truck stop or gas station restroom like this, you must not be from Earth. The saying of "Any port in a storm" may be good for sailors, but when you have to sit on a toilet that looks like the Creature from the Black Leather Lagoon just crawled out of it, not so much. (For first three people who gets the song reference, reply here with the name of the band. I'll draw a cartoon for you. Seriously.) And, yes, I *do* make that face in the last panel IRL. I ripped it off of "Calvin & Hobbes". Hey, if you're going to steal ideas, steal from the best. Heh.

Scary thing about Lux is that he was younger than my dad but looked older! I wonder what his heart condition was. To me, even in his younger days he looked kinda sickly. :S

Yush... candy-puckies, that one dared not speak of the associate aroma. It's like the aroma description of New York state, New Jersey, northern Ohio or eastern Michigan. Or that of a lonely gas-station or elementary school terlet in upstate Minnesota.
As for Lux, I simply refer to a Fad Gadget recording (mit Einsturzende Neubauten) 'Collapsing New People' and too much too-much. I know he left this mortal coil happier than many of us.
