Try this sensational satisfying soup from the kitchens of
tealsky
This is very similar to the soup from Olive Garden... but still fairly easy to make.
you will need one large white onion, one pack of precooked bacon, one pint of cream, 4-7 potatoes depending on there size, a head of kale, and spicy Italian sausage. You will also want kosher salt and garlic powder.
First pan fry the sausage until its cooked all the way try to brake it up into little bits as you cook it. once that's ready you will want to start a pot of water boiling and add the sausage too it. Dice up the onion and add it next. wash your potatoes and cut them into medallions (you don't need to peal them) and add them as well. cut the bacon into little bits then add that to the pot. Season with the garlic powder and salt. Once the potatoes are soft shut the heat off and skim some of the oil off the top of the pot. Quite a bit of it will have cooked out of the sausage and bacon. Once that's done stir in the cream. Chop up the kale and put some in each bowl then pour the soup in on top of it. If you put it in the pot it will cook into awful mush.
