The intention of this was to draw Ropii with his hair down again in a swell manor. Did that work? no.
I got his hair to go down (after hours of toil and labor xD), but what you're seeing isn't what I saw in my head. Well..... aside from the eyes and bubble o' bubblegum. This is the start of my uhhhhhh....... 12th project? xD;;; I gotta do more Ropii pictures. He's done so many really snazzy Kichi pictures and its time for me to pay him back!!... or... eventually it will be time... 'cause I still have other things to draw/submit/focus on.

So. Apparently the law is when Ropii's feeling meh/okay-ish his hair is up. But when he's feeling a surge of emotion/passionate its down? Um... I could be wrong so yeah.. xD;;;; Apparently he's looking at something he feels emotional about!...... There was going to be another person in the picture, but sweet jhesus, I suck at that certain person's hairstyle.
His chin, in fact, is on his hand. and yes, the bubble distorts things. xD
