The Sunfin is a large freshwater fish native to the lakes and rivers located in the Great Coastal Grassland region of the Eruth Continent. Locals sometimes refer to it as "The King of Fish" due to its regal appearance.

The Sunfin is a predatory fish, feeding on smaller fish and waterfowl; anything small enough to easily fit down its gullet. It falls prey to large pterosaurs and larger aquatic predators. Out of respect, the local people very rarely hunt it, limiting themselves to killing and consuming one Sunfin annually as a ceremonial meal during the "Great Rain Celebration".
