Skip is an otter boy who's scheming and plotting is all about how to make a quick buck. He'll do anything for money. His day job is selling newspapers, though since the market for newspapers has declined due to the digital age, he gets by selling them instead as "bonk sticks" to people thanks to the internet memes. By night however, he can be seen frequenting back alleys, and the like, working in other ways for coin.
