Penny is a 3 year old mare who was created in 2014 and lives in Duchess’s universe. She is the daughter of Charlie and Magic and is Arrow’s younger sister.

Penny enjoys going with her family to visit her father’s humans, has no interest in seeing her mother’s and knows that her parents had lived with humans for most of their lives. She has a crush on her bother’s friend Lightning but is unaware that Lighting has a crush on her. She is best friends with Lightning’s younger sister Star and his cousin Daisy.

Penny is quiet, kind but can be cheeky like her brother and one of her favourite things to do is going for walks with her father.
